ANGOORI FRUIT AND NUT CREAM
|Vanilla ice cream||1 cup|
|Easy creamer||1/2 cup|
|Chopped apple||1/2 cup|
|Chopped pineapple and cherry||1/2 cup (tinned)|
|Chopped almonds||3 – 4 tbsp|
|Rasgullas||4 -5 pieces (small or cut in half)|
Mix milk cream and vanilla ice cream and blend till smooth. Now add chopped fruits, nuts, and rasgullas to it. Finally add some elaichi powder, nutmeg and saffron and serve it chilled. You can serve it as a liquid sweet or as a dessert.
