ANGOORI FRUIT AND NUT CREAM

Ingredients

Milk 1/2 cup
Vanilla ice cream 1 cup
Easy creamer 1/2 cup
Chopped apple 1/2 cup
Chopped pineapple and cherry 1/2 cup (tinned)
Chopped almonds 3 – 4 tbsp
Rasgullas 4 -5 pieces (small or cut in half)
Elaichi 1/2 tsp
nutmeg 1/4 tsp
Saffron pinch

Method

Mix milk cream and vanilla ice cream and blend till smooth. Now add chopped fruits, nuts, and rasgullas to it. Finally add some elaichi powder, nutmeg and saffron and serve it chilled. You can serve it as a liquid sweet or as a dessert.
