Ingredient Quantity
Butter 1 tbsp
Onion 1 tbsp (fine chopped)
Broccolli 4 tbsp (fine chopped)
Bay leaf 2 – 3 pieces
Nut Meg pinch
Salt to taste
Sugar 1 tsp
Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Milk 1/2 cup
Easy creamer 1/2 cup
Cheese 2 tbsp grated
Almond 1 tbsp chopped
Maida 1 tbsp


Heat butter in a pan and saute the onion and bay leaf. When onion gets transparent add the maida and broccolli and let it cook for the same time. Add hot milk to it and cook. Season the soup churn it to fine paste after removing bay leaf. Add cream cheese and almond to it. Adjust the consistency with water serve hot garnished with cream.
