MALMALI PANEER IN MUGLAI GRAVY

Ingredients

Onion 2 (decide)
Tomatoes 4 (decide)
Garlic 4 – 5 cloves
Ginger 1/2 piece
Green chilli 1 piece
Butter 2 tbsp
Cashew nuts 4 tbsp
Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Kasuri methi 1/2 tsp
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Elaichi powder 1/4 tsp
Cumin 1/2 tsp
Paneer 1 cup (sliced)
Easy creamer cream 4 tbsp
Milk 1/4 cup
Corinder 2 tbsp

 

Method

Mix all the ingredients for the gravy in pot and cook till vegetables are soft. Now let it cool for some time. Crush it and strain with a soup strainer to make mughlai gravy. Now add Paneer, Milk, Cream, and garnish with Coriander. Cook and serve.
