MOUSSE CAKE SHOTS
|Dark Chocolate||1/2 cup|
|Easy Creamer||1/2 cup|
|Cake Crumbs||1/2 cup|
|Cherry / Strawberry||garnishing|
In a double boiler or in a microwave, melt the chocolate and let it cool for some time. Whip the cream till soft peaks form. Now add chocolate to the cream and fold it gently. Now put the cake in shot glass and top it up with mousse garnish with cherry and chocolate biscuit.
