MOUSSE CAKE SHOTS

Ingredients

Dark Chocolate 1/2 cup
Easy Creamer 1/2 cup
Cake Crumbs 1/2 cup
Cherry / Strawberry garnishing
Chocolate biscuits garnishing

Method

In a double boiler or in a microwave, melt the chocolate and let it cool for some time. Whip the cream till soft peaks form. Now add chocolate to the cream and fold it gently. Now put the cake in shot glass and top it up with mousse garnish with cherry and chocolate biscuit.
